Verse of the Day
“Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.” (1 Corinthians 1:10)

patricia_pamplet.jpgPatricia Elliot has a unique minsitry. She praises the Lord in the dance. The Bible tells us to do so in

Psalm 150:1-4 Praise ye the LORD. Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the firmament of his power. Praise him for his mighty acts: praise him according to his excellent greatness. Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: praise him with the psaltery and harp. Praise him with the timbrel and dance: praise him with stringed instruments and organs.

For as long as Patricia can remember, she has been going to church with her mother and father and her brother and two sisters. She graduated from school with honors and upon graduation started working at a good job. She bought a new car and everything was going great, except for one thing. Patricia began hanging around with the wrong crowd.

One Sunday afternoon, she was on her way home from a party and had a serious car accident. She totally wrecked her new car and in her pain she cried out to the Lord. The Lord heard her cry and Patricia recommmited her life to Christ. A few months later her Pastor introduced her to the dance ministry. She tried it and loved it. Patricia is quiet by nature and the dance ministry is a perfect fit for her personality. She is able to express her love for the Lord in a completely new way.

People, who have never been exposed to the dance ministry, are often overtaken by the anointing that is on it and warm tears begin flowing down their checks.Patricia gives all the glory to God for the way He has been working in her life.

This Fall she plans to continue her education in the nursing field. Patricia lives with her parents in Canterbury, N.B.
